These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sight by CircleFunds ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by CircleFunds. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sight is a bank statement intelligence platform. You may upload bank statement PDFs to receive automated financial analysis, insights, and reporting. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@circlefunds.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Service. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.

The Service offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing period. Enterprise plans are subject to a separate order form or agreement with custom pricing and terms.
Enterprise and API access is subject to additional terms. API keys are personal and must not be shared. You are solely responsible for monitoring usage and any costs incurred through your API keys. We are not liable for charges arising from unauthorised use of your API key.
The Service, including all software, designs, analysis algorithms, and content, is owned by CircleFunds and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded files solely to provide the Service to you.
Free accounts: statement data is retained for 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted. Basic, Pro, and Enterprise accounts: data is retained for the duration of your subscription, or per the terms of your Enterprise agreement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@circlefunds.io. Deletion requests are processed within seven business days.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial analysis outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleFunds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (Google Gemini, Stripe, AWS) to deliver its functionality. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or actions of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
